Baked Grapefruit Crumble

If you have never had baked grapefruit, you are certainly missing out. It is such a tasty treat, and best of all, it is good for you! I made some last night (which I quickly devoured), and I decided to share my easy recipe.

1 grapefruit, cut in half
2 tablespoons of rolled oats
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In a small bowl mix together the ingredients until the mixture is crumbly.

3. Place the grapefruit halves in a oven safe-bowl or cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
